John Cleese at Tennessee Theatre

Comedy legend John Cleese is scheduled to appear at Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville, Tennessee, on March 13, 2027. Known for his sharp wit, distinctive delivery, and celebrated work in British comedy, Cleese has built a career spanning television, film, and live performance. The Knoxville date offers audiences a chance to see one of comedy's most recognizable figures onstage.

Cleese rose to international fame as a member of Monty Python, the influential comedy troupe behind Monty Python's Flying Circus and films including Monty Python and the Holy Grail. He also co-created and starred in Fawlty Towers, a sitcom widely admired for its physical comedy and precisely constructed farce. His live appearances draw on a long history in comedy and storytelling, though specific material and any opening acts for this event have not been announced.

Venue and Seating Information

Tennessee Theatre is a historic performance venue in downtown Knoxville, giving visitors a central setting for an evening of comedy. Its auditorium offers a range of seating perspectives, so consider whether you prefer proximity to the stage or a broader view of the performance. Check the event's seating map when choosing tickets, as layouts and available sections can vary.

For a comedy show, seats with a clear, unobstructed view are a practical choice: facial expressions and physical details are part of the experience. Review the seat location and any view notes before purchasing, since the best option depends on personal preference and the specific seats available.

Parking Information

Parking arrangements and rates can change, so confirm current details with the venue or parking operator before travelling. Downtown Knoxville has a mix of public garages, surface lots, and street parking; allow extra time to find a space close to the theatre, especially around event start time.

• Look for public garages or lots within walking distance of Tennessee Theatre and check posted event-day pricing.
• Street parking may be available nearby, but spaces and restrictions vary; read signs carefully and avoid relying on it as your only option.
